Range: 30 Pa – 30 kPa
Accuracy: up to ±2.5% Full Scale
Compliance: CE, RoHS, ISO 9001
1. Product Overview
The A2 Series Differential Pressure Gauge is a low-pressure mechanical gauge designed for air and non-corrosive gases. It uses a magnet-helix movement to deliver stable, drift-free indication, especially suitable for very low differential pressure measurement.
2. Key Features
-
Magnet-helix indicating mechanism for low DP measurement
-
Wide range coverage: 0–30 Pa up to 0–30 kPa
-
High accuracy:
-
Standard: ±2% FS
-
Some low-range models: ±3% to ±4% FS
-
-
Inertia-free, drift-free pointer movement
-
Multiple unit options (Pa, inH₂O, mmH₂O, cmH₂O, kPa, psi)
-
Zero-center and dual-scale versions available
-
OEM / customized solutions supported
3. Indicating Mechanism (Working Principle)
-
Pressure is applied to both sides of a diaphragm.
-
Any pressure difference moves the diaphragm and linked spring.
-
A magnet attached to the spring rotates a magnetic helix.
-
The pointer fixed to the helix turns proportionally to the pressure difference.
-
No mechanical gear contact → high stability & long life
4. Applications
-
HVAC system monitoring
-
Filter condition and clogging detection
-
Fan and blower pressure measurement
-
Air velocity measurement
-
Orifice plate pressure drop
-
Cleanroom monitoring
